Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your DRIVECHAIR. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

1. 30-Day Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at drivechair@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged to avoid transit damage.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different model or variant, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange once your original item is returned and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Every DRIVECHAIR is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use, contact us with photos and your order number and we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used beyond inspection, damaged through misuse, or returned without prior contact and authorisation.
